Ingredients:

PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
2 cups Cooked Rice 500 mL
1/4 cup Egg Beaters® Original 50 mL
3/4 cup Cooked shrimp and/or diced: chicken, pork or beef 175 mL
1 cup Any diced vegetables: peas, carrots, corn, red pepper, mushrooms, etc. (If frozen, thaw and drain) 250 mL
2 tbsp VH Strong Garlic Rib Sauce or Teriyaki Sauce 30 mL
1 tbsp VH soy sauce 10 mL
1 tbsp Green onion, thinly sliced 10 mL


Directions:

  1. Spray large nonstick skillet with PAM and heat over medium heat. Cook Egg Beaters, until scrambled; remove to plate.
  2. Add mixed vegetables and meat; cook until vegetables are tender
  3. Add rice to boiling water, cook for 10 minutes and strain. Cook it like pasta!
  4. Add rice and drizzle sauces over top. Mix and heat through. Stir in egg and green onion.
