Canada's Food Guide to Healthy Eating recommends choosing lower fat foods more often as part of a healthy diet. Using Egg Beaters is an easy way to get the protein you need with less fat and cholesterol. A high protein breakfast will keep you feeling fuller longer, which means you'll consume fewer calories throughout the day.
How Do I Use Egg Beaters?
Use Egg Beaters in place of whole eggs in your favourite dishes. You may already know they're great for scrambled eggs, omelets and French toast. They're also great in egg dishes like quiche, frittata and baked goods. Because they're pasteurized, Egg Beaters are safe and convenient to use in recipes that require uncooked eggs: Caesar salad dressing, protein shakes, smoothies, béarnaise and hollandaise sauces, eggnog and more.

Open cartons of Egg Beaters keep in your refrigerator for up to seven days. Our convenient, re-sealable pour spout makes cooking easy and avoids messy refrigerator spills. Freezer Storage:
Frozen Egg Beaters packages have a longer shelf life than shelled eggs. A defrosted frozen package can be kept in the refrigerator for up to seven days. Do not refreeze Egg Beaters once thawed.
